Policies and Information

Please read the following policies and information statement carefully. Registering with us for one of our classes indicates that you have read this document and agree to its terms.

Refund Policy – Important!

For classes and adult workshops, a 90% refund is given upon withdrawal in writing 10 or more business days before first class meeting. Withdrawal must be in writing. No credits or refunds are given on withdrawals less than 10 business days before first class meeting. When a class is canceled, students are issued a full refund.

Photos

From time to time our in-house photographers and member of the news media take pictures of students participating in classes and programs, and their artwork. If you have any concerns about being photographed, or having the images being reproduced for promotional purposes, please let us know when you register.

Entrances and Accessibility

Please let us know if you have any mobility needs or concerns when you register. Free on-street parking is available in front of, and in back of our facility.

Materials

Spray paints, fixatives and aerosols are prohibited in adult and youth classes. We recommend the use of non-toxic,  odorless solvents; ask your instructor for more information. Collins Artworks is not responsible for materials left on the premises.

Elementary and middle school children will be provided with all art supplies, materials and tools required for in-class use.  These supplies must remain in the building after class. However, additional supplies may be purchased if so desired. Students should dress appropriately for sometimes messy artistic activities. A smock, apron or old clothing is recommended, but will not be provided by us.

High school students must provide their own supplies. A supply list will be provided at least 2 weeks before the start of class.

Confirmations/Schedule Changes

A valid e-mail address must be provided to us in order to receive registration confirmations, notices of schedule changes, and/or other timely information regarding current and upcoming classes and events. You may also call us to confirm your registration or to ask questions at (978) 368-3300. We reserve the right to cancel any under-enrolled course, to restrict the registration in a course, to change instructors when necessary, and to reschedule individual classes as needed and appropriate. If we find it necessary to cancel courses or make schedule changes, every effort will be made to notify registered students.
